S-Max Intercoolers S-Max Intercoolers have a patented integrated coil system that delivers better cooling for guaranteed horsepower.
It is one of the first air-to-air intercoolers in the market to allow cooling of charge air without ambient air flow.
Most systems that use cooling agents, like CO2, spray the element on the surface of the core, dissipating much of
its cooling power. S-Max Intercoolers' coils are built inside the core freezing the whole unit from the inside out for
better, longer lasting cooling effect. The fin plus tubular design also allows for better CFM with little pressure drop,
increasing the induction power of your turbocharger. S-Max Intercoolers can be used with any cooling system,
including our own CO2 kit, a Nitrous Oxide system or chilled water.We offer various configurations of core and
inlet sizes and positions; from 20"x10"x3.5" with 2.5" inlets, all the way to 24"x14"x4" with 3" inlets.

S-Max CO2 Kit
The Chill Zone CO2 Kit is a perfect
complement to S-Max Intercoolers.
It sports a solenoid nearly twice the
size of its competitors and a superior
valve design. The large diameter hard
line provides better cooling and a
more efficient purge of CO2,
without feedback to the engine.
S-Max Blow Off Valves S-Max's BOW300 is not just a blow off
valve, it is a musical instrument. It has
one of the most unique customizations
features in the market. With a simple
adjustment (no tool required) you can
change the blow off sound of your
turbocharged engine; from an ear
piercing whistle to a more subdued
whoosh. The BOW300 has small ports
that change the resonance of the blow
off air depending on their alignment.
The BOS360 is our more traditional
blow off valve. Both models are made
from high quality billet aluminum,
powder coated, and mount easily with
a single flange that can be welded to
any aluminum charge pipe or hooked
to a silicone coupler.They will not leak
under high boost pressure or open at
idle, to minimize stress on your
turbocharger. Available in polished,

S-Max Cool Can




The Cool Can is a fuel chiller that marries old
school technology with contemporary eye
catching looks. Inspired by drag racers who
used to run fuel lines through coolers or bags
of ice to squeeze more horsepower, the Cool
Can uses more than 9 feet of -6 aluminum line
to chill fuel. The line is coiled on the inside wall
of a billet aluminum cylinder. The center of the
coil is just big enough to fit a soda can. Fill an
empty can with water, freeze it overnight, insert
in the Cool Can and top it with chilled water.
As fuel travels through the coil, it drops in
temperature and becomes more condensed.
Cooler fuel, more power.The Cool Can's
compact cylindrical shape measures 6 1/8"
in length and 4" in diameter, and fits easily
into most engine bays. The soda can and
drainage plug make draining the unit a cinch.
No cumbersome coolers or messy ice bags,
only shimmering good looks and better
performance.

S-Max Ice Tube
The Ice Tube is a breakthrough air
cooling system for naturally aspirated
engines that uses S-Max Intercooler's
patented internal coil system technology.
Intake air travels through a 4" aluminum
tube that is wrapped around internally by
an aluminum coil. The coil is attached to
a cooling system like our CO2 kit. When
activated, the CO2 traveling through the
coil creates a freezing chamber inside
the Ice Tube, chilling the air just before
intake. The Ice Tube is available with
2.5" and 3.0" inlets to fit most
applications and measures 9 3/4" in
length. And although it is designed for
aspirated engines, it is also a great
complement for those looking to
supplement an intercooler in
turbocharged engines.
S-Max Fuel Pressure Regulators
S-Max's fuel pressure regulators are built from durable billet aluminum and safe for use with alternative fuels. The FPR-006 model is geared toward high performance EFI systems and features two -6 inlet ports and a single -6 return. It has a standard 1:1 rising rate. The FPR-010 model is built for racing applications; 1000-plus horsepower
EFIs with custom fuel rails. The race
regulator features two -10 inlets and
S-Max Vacume Distribution Blocks
S-Max' vacuum distribution blocks come
with -10 inlet ports, one of the largest
openings available in the market for all
your vacuum needs. Made from durable
billet aluminum, the units are designed
to prevent scavenging for more accurate
readings and the units come with six
threaded inlet ports in two configurations;
"Inline 6" and "V6," to accommodate
different design needs. Available in four
eye catching anodized finishes; polished,
red, black and blue.
